Tyson Foods is paying $85 million to settle a price-fixing lawsuit. Tyson and other pork processing companies were accused of conspiring to limit supplies to boost pork prices. The antitrust litigation has been going on for seven years. Smithfield Foods had the largest settlement previously with $75 million in 2022.
