DuWayne Bosse is in the middle of soybean harvest and says they’re looking at about an average crop this year. “There’s a lot of variability in this crop. We just had too much rain this year, too many drown-out spots.” Bosse says the corn should be ready soon. “Samples are getting down to around the low 20s (percent moisture), so it won’t take long to dry down on corn here.” Bosse farms in the Britton, South Dakota and Clinton, Minnesota areas.
