USDA has launched a new trade policy focused on expanding market access by targeting countries with a reciprocal trade deal with the United States. This plan includes a new model for trade missions. The Trade Reciprocity for U.S. Manufacturers and Producers or TRUMP Missions will focus on low-risk, high-return ag export opportunities. The plan includes $285 million for the 2026 fiscal year for an America First Trade Promotion program. Additional funding will also be used for the GSM-102 credit guarantee program to facilitate export opportunities.
