Archer Daniels Midland and Alltech are planning to launch a new joint venture in early 2026. With this arrangement, Alltech will contribute 18 U.S. feed mills from its Hubbard Feeds business and 15 Canadian feed mills from its Masterfeeds business. ADM will contribute 11 U.S. feed mills. Alltech will be the majority owner of this joint venture, which will be led by a board with equal representation from both companies.
