AGCO is taking a rare step in the legal process over John Deere’s right-to-repair lawsuit. Last month, a federal judge ruled Deere would have access to confidential business information from AGCO, CNH Industrial and Kubota. AGCO filed a motion to review a court order while other parts of the case are ongoing. AGCO is taking this step to protect proprietary information from a competitor.
