A delegation representing Minnesota’s MBOLD Coalition was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, this past week. MBOLD is made up of senior executives from Minnesota-based companies, including Cargill and General Mills and the University of Minnesota. The trade mission’s focus was on plant-based protein. Canadian industry leaders will follow up with a trade trip to Minnesota in October.
