RCM Ag Services broker Steve Wagner says tariffs are creating unnecessary strain on U.S. trade relationships, particularly with key allies. “I can’t find a positive for what’s happened in tariffs. Mexico is our biggest buyer of corn. Why are we tariffing Mexico? We should be working with Mexico, we should be working with Canada, because they’re our allies. Instead, we’ve got a situation where we’re irritating them. I don’t think that helps.”
