The North Dakota FFA Foundation was at the Big Iron Farm Show promoting its Blue Jackets, Bright Futures program. With this effort, North Dakota FFA Vice President Makayla Kraft said FFA supporters purchase FFA jackets for members. “We reach out to our partners and the community, if they are willing enough, they donate the money and then we take those jackets and we give them to our members that just need a little extra encouragement.” North Dakota FFA President Cole Anderson values that support. “North Dakota ag is a really small community, a really tight-knit community,” said Anderson.
