The North Dakota Grain Dealers Association has issued a warning to its members about an Elbow Lake, Minnesota firm that is soliciting business in North Dakota. In 2022, it was determined by the courts that David Hansen of Hansen Elevator Service engaged in consumer fraud. Among the infractions, Hansen contracted to complete repair at two state grain elevators, but failed to complete the work. Hansen was banned from doing elevator service and repair in North Dakota.
