Trade Deals Needed

The tariff strategy has dominated trade policy during the second Trump Administration. At Dakotafest, South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds said work is also being done to bring foreign buyers to the table. “We are certain that we’ve got to have new trade deals, we haven’t had one now in six years.” President Trtump recently extended a trade truce with China for another 90 days. Rounds said improvements in the U.S.-China trade relationship would “help all of us in farm country”
