Kennedy, Minnesota farmer Jeff Mortenson is seeing a lot of variability in his wheat. Mortenson says the rain hasn’t helped much with the harvest. “Yes, nuisance showers, the one night we got some drizzle and where we were combining ended up getting a tenth out of the blue,” said Mortenson. The farm eventually got just under four-tenths roughly, so at least that maybe helped the soybeans, but put a stop to the wheat harvest, that’s for sure.”
