Glenn Kaping is the new president/CEO of First District Association. Kaping has been the chief financial officer for the Litchfield, Minnesota dairy cooperative since 2021. From 2011-to-2021, Kaping led First District’s marketing and sales effort. Kaping succeeds Bob Huffman, who announced his resignation last month.
