North Dakota Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak has announced staff changes in her Washington, D.C. and Fargo offices. Sadie Hanson, a Grand Forks native who has served as staff assistant in the D.C. office since January, is returning to North Dakota to become the community relations representative based in Fargo. Replacing her in Washington is Zoe McKinven of Harvey, a recent North Dakota State University graduate who interned in the D.C. office this summer.
