The U.S. Dairy Export Council has appointed Allison Thomas as its new chief operating officer. Thomas joins USDEC following a 25-year career at USDA. Most recently, Thomas was the deputy administrator for trade policy and geographic affairs at the Foreign Agricultural Service. She has also spent time at the National Security Council and U.S. Trade Representative’s Office.
