Minnesota Representative Michelle Fischbach is excited about the current trade environment. “I see things finally happening.” Fischbach believes the U.S. is negotiating trade deals from a position of strength. “When the President sent out some of those initial tariffs, we started to get contacted by countries saying that they wanted to negotiate and find out what we can do to make trade work so, I think we’re in a strong position right now to open up those markets.”
