One of the largest outdoor farm shows in the Upper Midwest begins its three-day run tomorrow near Morgan in Redwood County. In addition to the huge trade show, forums on the farm safety net, trade and the agricultural workforce are on the schedule. Farmfest forum organizer Kent Thiesse reports late additions to the agenda. USDA Deputy Secretary Stephen Vaden will be on the program on Tuesday. The newly confirmed USDA Undersecretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Luke Lindberg and American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall have been added to the Wednesday program. RRFN’s Don Wick will moderate the trade forum Wednesday morning.
