Bullish Report

The Friday USDA reports are being called friendly for the cattle market. For the monthly report, the number of cattle on feed was down two percent from one year ago. Placements are down eight percent and marketings are down four percent. The on-feed and placements estimates are below trade expectations and marketings are in line with the average trade guess.
