Minnesota Agriculture Commissioner Thom Petersen says the cattle market is providing much-needed relief for the ag sector. “You just think about the prices that farmers are seeing, really good to see right now because farmers went through the hard times in that drought in ’21 and ’23 so it is good to see farmers can catch up and pay some bills.” Petersen spoke to RRFN at the MSCA Summer Beef Tour in Little Falls.
