Bayer has signed a development and distribution agreement with a French company called the M2i Group. The two companies have already been working together in Europe and some African countries. With the new agreement, that partnership will expand to the United States, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region. Bayer officials said this collaboration will further enhance its existing biological portfolio.
