A group of county, state and national cattle organizations have sent a letter to Agriculture Secretary Rollins, asking her to reverse the decision to resume live cattle imports from Mexico. These groups include R-CALF USA, the Independent Beef Association of North Dakota and South Dakota Stockgrowers Association. Earlier in the week, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association announced its support for USDA’s phased in approach to the border reopening.
