FBN Offers Acreage Forecast Ahead of the USDA Report

Farmers Business Network has released its fifth annual U.S. acreage report. FBN is forecasting corn acreage at just over 95 million acres. That’s down 306,000 acres from the March Prospective Plantings Report. Soybean acreage is estimated at 83.6 million acres, up 202,000 acres from the March USDA report. The Agriculture Department will release its acreage report on Monday.
