More than 250 farm, ranch and agrochemical groups are urging the Trump administration to include their input in future work of the Make America Healthy Again Commission. In a letter sent Tuesday, the groups criticized the commission’s first report for creating “unfounded fears about the safety of our food supply” and said it lacked adequate input from the agricultural sector. The MAHA Commission, launched in February and aligned with Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., suggested pesticides may pose health risks. The farm sector is calling for more transparency, public comment, and formal representation in future commission reports.
