Tariff Case on Fast Track

The Trump Administration’s tariffs will likely remain in place for a minimum of two more months. A federal appeals court said it will hear arguments at the end of July.  In the meantime, the tariffs will continue. The dispute is over the President’s use of the Emergency Economic Powers Act. The case will likely end up in the Supreme Court.
