Ag Approps Subcommittee Approves Budget Bill

The House Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee has approved the Fiscal Year 2026 budget bill, sending it to the full committee. Spending levels are down more than $1 billion from this year. Outside of the Republican leadership of the committee, It was approved on a party-line 9-7 vote.
