The National Council of Farmer Cooperatives has named its next president and chief executive officer. Duane Simpson has been with Bayer for the past 17 years. Previously, he was CEO of the Kansas Grain and Feed Association. The current NCGC leader succeeds Chuck Conner, who has been in the role since 2009.
