Bill Cuts SNAP, Boosting Farm Programs

The House Agriculture Committee passed its reconciliation bill on a 29-25 party-line vote. It cuts $290 billion from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program over the next decade while adding $60 billion to farm program funding.
