China is building the world’s largest export terminal in Santos, Brazil. The state-owned COFCO is behind this infrastructure investment. When complete, it will increase COFCO’s annual export capacity from 4.5 million tons to 14 million. Soybeans, corn and sugar will move out of this port. This facility is expected to reach full capacity in 2026.
