A federal court in North Carolina has set a November 21st deadline to complete discovery in the antitrust lawsuit against Syngenta Crop Protection and Corteva. This lawsuit, which began in 2022, claims the two companies blocked competition with loyalty programs for ag distributors. The Federal Trade Commission and 12 state attorneys general, including Minnesota AG Keith Ellison, are part of this legal action.
