Trade Negotiations Possible

Early Friday, the Chinese Commerce Ministry said it was open to trade negotiations with the United States. However, if the United States wants to talk trade, China is asking the Trump Administration to demonstrate trust by canceling the new tariffs. While trade talks are possible, the Chinese officials said China is willing to fight to the end.
