Trade Deal is ‘Done’

In an appearance on CNBC, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik said a deal has been reached with one trading partner, but no other details were available. “I have a deal; done, done, done,” said Lutkik. “But I need to wait for their prime minister and their parliament to give their approval, which I expect shortly.”
