At Kennedy, Minnesota, Rob Rynning says the soil conditions were ‘about perfect’ this past week. “We probably have right around half of our wheat in the ground.” The acreage is slightly different this season. “We’re going to put a fair amount of canola and soybeans in, no barley this year because of the lack of contracts.” Kennedy is located in the northern Red River Valley.
