CNH Industrial has temporarily halted farm equipment shipments from its North American and European factories due to uncertainty surrounding upcoming tariffs. The company emphasized that production will continue as usual, and parts shipments remain unaffected. The move comes ahead of President Trump’s planned tariff implementation on April 2, which is expected to have broad economic implications. CNH had previously reduced production by 34 percent in late 2024 to lower dealer inventories but had not indicated a potential shipment pause in its most recent earnings report.
