Glessing Testifies Before House Subcommittee

Minnesota Farm Bureau President Dan Glessing testified before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Highways and Transit last week, emphasizing the need for a reliable transportation system to support American agriculture.  “The products we grow and raise must travel far beyond our farm gates to reach markets, processors, and consumers,” Glessing urged Congress to address supply chain challenges and reaffirmed Farm Bureau’s support for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, National Highway Trust Fund fees, and exemptions for agricultural haulers.
