Incentives for Ag Development

In Bismarck, the North Dakota Senate Agriculture Committee delivered a unanimous ‘do-pass’ recommendation for a $30 million incentive fund for large agricultural development. The proposed Agristo potato processing plant in Grand Forks was the focus of that discussion. The $450 million project was announced earlier this year.
