ND Extends Vaccination Timeline Due to Vaccine Shortage

The North Dakota State Board of Animal Health has issued a waiver, extending the age for the brucellosis vaccination on heifers from 12 months to 14 months. The move is due to a vaccine shortage. The board determined the extension would have negligible risk to animal health.
