The Red River Watershed Management Board and the Flood Damage Reduction Work Group are hosting their annual joint conference Tuesday and Wednesday in Moorhead. The topics addressed include drainage laws, a mapping initiative and an update on flood control projects. The Red RIver Farm Network will broadcast from the 26th annual conference on Wednesday. The live broadcast is sponsored by the Red River Watershed Management Board.
