In this episode of RRFN’s Agricult-HER, we hear from Krista Jansen.Jansen is a project manager for Northern Crops Institute and previously worked in the seed business. In our interview, Jansen said she has had many mentors, including her parents, Julie Peterson, Nathan Purrington and Dave Torgerson. What’s her advice? “Be the encourager, encourage people to get involved and try new things.” Jansen will be passing that philosophy onto her own children.
