Regulatory and economic pressures continue to influence the bottomline for farmers and ranchers. “Probably the biggest consternation has been over regulations and how things operated in the previous four years,” North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring told RRFN. “The sue-and-settle strategy at EPA has just given us fits.
