Pro-Livestock Bills Move Forward in ND Senate

A proposal that came out of the Model Zoning Task Force cleared the North Dakota Senate with a 42-5 vote. The bill revises the setback distances for livestock zoning. Another bill providing a post-production incentive for a new dairy processing facility passed the Senate without any dissenting votes.
