Smith Not Running in ’26

Minnesota Senator Tina Smith has announced she will not seek reelection in 2026. Smith says the decision is entirely personal, adding she wants to spend more time with her family after being a public servant for 20 years. Smith is a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee.
