The Minnesota Pork Board Environmental Steward Award winner for 2025 is Dave Mensink. Mensink, who farms in Preston, Minnesota, says that water management has been a focus for their operation. “The way we farm now is so much different from how it was done in the days of my father. I feel so much more environmentally responsible.”
