A federal appeals court has ruled AGCO and its Precision Planting business did not infringe on Deere’s intellectual property with its high-speed planting system. The opinion issued Friday said the Precision Planting SpeedTube is not an infringement of two patents belonging to Deere. According to a statement, AGCO said ‘ruling validates our commitment to innovation and the integrity of our products.’
