A document reportedly put together by the House Budget Committee and released by Politico, outlines the spending reduction needed to pay for $5.7 trillion in tax cuts. The list includes cuts in conservation programs, food stamps and rural energy programs. House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member Angie Craig criticized the move, saying it would take money from farmers to pay for tax breaks for the “already super rich.”
