Deb DeLuca, who has been the executive director of the Duluth Seaway Port Authority since 2018, will retire May 15. DeLuca first joined the Port Authority in 2014 as its government and environmental affairs director. Under her leadership, more than $35 million in port-related capital projects have been initiated. DeLuca is the eighth executive director for the Port Authority and the first woman to have the job.
