The NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club will present its Little International Agriculturalist of the Year Award to Dr. Gerald Stokka. Stokka is the NDSU Extension veterinarian and livestock stewardship specialist. The award will be presented at the Little ‘I’ on February 14.
