At the North Dakota Farmers Union annual convention, Futures founder Peter Leyden spoke about a world influenced by artificial intelligence. In Leyden’s view, the agricultural community is already leading the way. “You’re going to absolutely have autonomous driving tractors out here so it is going to immediately impact you now or in the near term here,” said Leyden. “People get worried about job displacement, there will be some, but we will transition and we’ll make it work.”
