Vegetable oil markets are depressed, but Martinson Ag Risk Management President Randy Martinson likes the canola market. “Stocks continue to be very tight because the canola oil, just like our soybean oil, is being used for renewable biofuels. That’s tightening up that supply so, fundamentally, the price of canola should be higher than where it’s at.”
