The Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Annual Convention brings together 700 conservation leaders. “The primary function is for our members who are local soil and water district officials and their resource professionals to come together to learn from each other,” said Executive Director LeAnn Buck. “The biggest thing too is to promote and adopt local conservation policy and focus on voluntary conservation programs.” The MASWCD meeting is Tuesday and Wednesday in Bloomington.
