NAFB’s Doan Award recognizes excellence in agricultural reporting. The 2024 award winner is Spencer Chase. Chase was with Agri-Pulse when he produced the award-winning series and is now with the Corn Refiners Association. Chase is a South Dakota native. This award is named for respected farm broadcaster Stewart Doan, who died suddenly in 2012.
