Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack has appointed three new members to the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation board of directors, Brandon Willis, Ryan Lankford and Donna King. Willis works at Utah State and owns Ranchers Insurance. He was the Risk Management Agency administrator during the Obama Administration. Lankford farms in Montana. King is an insurance representative based in Delaware.
